New Structure Tone division lands first major deal

A new division launched by fit-out specialist Structure Tone London has landed its first major contract.

The Detail & Build division was launched last month to offer rapid and agile delivery on Cat A and Cat B fit-out jobs that have been designed to RIBA stages 2-3.

The first win is at Heron House in High Holborn where Structure Tone has secured a £1.8m deal from new owner Hoi Hup Realty Pte Ltd.

Ivan Phua, Project Manager at Hoi Hup said “We are very pleased to appoint Structure Tone as the fit-out contractors for our recently acquired property 322 High Holborn.

“This is a hugely exciting investment for the firm and we look forward to working with Structure Tone and their new Detail & Build team.”

Works are due to start this week and last for four months upgrading the building.

Structure Tone’s Project Executive for Detail & Build, Richard Howard, said “We are very excited to have secured the detail and build of the landlord area refurbishment works at Heron House.

“This is a great win for the Detail & Build Division and we look forward to the successfully project delivery and building on our relationships with the client and professional team.”
