Morgan Sindall hunts top talent at virtual jobs fair

Morgan Sindall Construction & Infrastructure is running a second virtual careers fair after a pilot event in March proved a big success.

The virtual careers fair aims to attract the best and brightest talent from across the world and is free of charge and open to all, including those who are new to the sector.

The fair, which will take place on Thursday 27 July from 3pm-7pm, will give potential employees the chance to chat online with Morgan Sindall staff about career opportunities at the expanding business.

It can be accessed from home or on the move and is an easy way for a diverse range of future employees to interact with staff from across the business.

Dawn Moore, HR director at Morgan Sindall, said: “We had a fantastic uptake when we hosted the first event, which has resulted in a high degree of interest in working for us.

“Candidates can see that they would be joining a successful and ambitious business.  By hosting the fair online, we can ensure that no stone is left unturned when it comes to searching for the talent of the future.

“We know that it’s important for career-hunters to hear an honest account of what it is like to work for a business which is why we have asked our employees to share their experiences and advice first-hand.

“We also recognise that many people who already work in the construction sector have very busy schedules so a virtual career fair presents the perfect opportunity to hear what Morgan Sindall has to offer, at the click of a button from any location.”

Those who register for the fair will be able to browse career resources and interact with senior members of the Morgan Sindall team to discuss employment opportunities, current projects and find out more about what it’s like to work for the company.

Those interested in the event should register here.
