The scope of works includes new operating theatres and improvements to existing theatres as well as refurbishments to critical care and outpatients departments.
London North West Healthcare NHS Trust services a local population of 1m, with its A&E department at Northwick Park Hospital one of the busiest in London.
This contract takes Kier’s secured work through the P22 framework to over £400m.
Lewis Parker, Kier health director, said: “We’re extremely pleased to have been appointed to deliver this programme of works for the London North West Healthcare NHS Trust.
“As one of the busiest Trusts in London, these works will allow it to continue offering high-quality care to residents whilst also being able to cope with increased capacity.
“As one of the UK’s biggest public healthcare builders, we’ll be working closely with the Trust and using our expertise to carry out these works whilst ensuring the hospitals can continue to operate on a daily basis.”
