Waterloo Housing Group has picked Galliford Try Partnerships to deliver 375 homes on a green field site in Warwickshire.
The housing scheme, which will be up to 40% affordable, will be built near Leamington Spa on a site north of Gallows Hill.
The Partnerships arm will act as development partner completing the design, gaining planning and preparing the site to construct the homes.
Dawnus Construction has secured the enabling works contract for the wider development site and is due to commence on site in May for completion in April 2019.
The works are part of a major development to build a new 735-home housing development on land between Myton Road and Europa Way.
