Large independent construction consultant Rider Levett Bucknall UK has bought Liverpool-based cost management consultant Todd & Ledson.
The deal consolidates RLB’s presence in Liverpool and strengthens its expertise in the North where it already has offices in Leeds, Manchester, Sheffield, Cumbria and Warrington.
Established over 60 years ago, Todd & Ledson, will join forces with RLB in May.
The existing team of 25 led by partners Phil Waring, Stuart Wands and Chris Balshaw, will be joined by RLB Liverpool colleagues and work out of Todd & Ledson’s Princes Dock offices in the heart of the Liverpool business district.
