Hill Partnerships will deliver the first homes of the Aylesbury Estate Regeneration in South London by Notting Hill Genesis.
The £70m contract will see 229 new homes built on a parcel of land known as “Package A” at the junction of Bradenham Close and Westmoreland Road.
The regeneration of the Aylesbury neighbourhood is a long-term partnership between Notting Hill Genesis and Southwark Council to deliver more than 3,500 new homes, half of which will be affordable housing.
Part of the wider first development site, Package A will contribute to more than 800 homes, a community facility and public open space.
It will also provide a wide range of job and training opportunities for Southwark residents, including 224 sustained jobs, 98 apprenticeships and 105 training places.
