Robertson appoints new director of frameworks

Builder Robertson has appointed former Morgan Sindall Scottish area director Robert Ogg as nationwide director of frameworks.

As part of his UK-wide remit, Ogg will provide strategic support and advice on local and national frameworks, managing existing relationships and identifying potential opportunities.

He has more than 25 years’ experience delivering major infrastructure projects, most recently as area director for Morgan Sindall and prior to that framework director with Balfour Beatty, where he spent over 17 years in total.

Scott Wilson, Robertson’s executive director of development, said: “Earning and retaining our place on major industry frameworks remains a key priority for Robertson as we continue to expand the business across the UK, so it’s important that we have Robert on board to provide strategic support.

His appointment follows a year of several high-profile projects procured through industry frameworks, including the Inverness Justice Centre through Scape’s National Major Works framework as well as several projects with hub East Central Scotland and CLEAR Futures.
