MVS Group lands M&E deal at new Spurs stadium

Building services specialist MVS Group has landed a hat-trick of contracts including an M&E deal at Tottenham Hotspur’s new stadium.

The Midlands based contractor starts at Spurs next month on a £1m package to deliver mechanical services to 40 concession stands.

MVS will also start on site in August on a £2.5m mechanical services package for Interserve on The Landsdowne luxury residential scheme in Birmingham.

The third job in the pipeline is a £1.4m pipework installation job with NG Bailey for Carillion at Midland Metropolitan Hospital which starts in July.

The upcoming deals will help MVS hit its 2017 turnover target of £25m – up from £12m last year.

Managing director David Massey has overseen growth of the company which now directly employs 40 people and has just opened a new regional office in Manchester.

Regional Operations Manager for MVS North West, Ben Cohen said: “With MVS’ broad project experience and significant growth in recent years, it is a natural progression for the company to set up a base in the North West region.

“Manchester is the ideal location for the regional office, right in the heart of the Northern Powerhouse.

“With continued and growing investment in construction and regeneration in the North West, this strategic move further supports the company’s growth strategy and its central location will allow for ease of access to our customers across the UK.”
