Mace associate director joins Landsec

Former Mace associate director Warren Alexander-Pye has joined developer LandSec as project director on its biggest London build.

He is now working on Landsec’s vast Moorfields office project, which will be built above Liverpool Street Crossrail’s Moorgate ticket office and Moorgate Underground Station.

The 500,000 sq ft office scheme will be the new headquarters for Deutsche Bank with work due to start on the main build once the supporting raft structure is completed in June next year.

Alexander-Pye joins the London developer after more than 14 years with Mace. Before that he worked with Canary Wharf Group and Try Construction.
