Construction equipment specialist AGD has landed another supply deal from piling firm Ivor King.
AGD has been supplying kit to the piling specialist for the last five years.
Ivor King took delivery of its first Gilken silent piler in 2012 with the ECO700S model.
A flurry of deals followed for Gilken machines boosting the fleet to five with three super crush attachments worth around £6m in total.
The latest order is for a new RTG RG21T telescopic leader rig.
This machine features a massive 750hp engine which allows the rig to operate either a 150 tonnes resonance free variable moment vibrator or a 15 tonne metre CFA rotary head with optimum performance installing either sheet piles or CFA piles to 21 m depth in a single stroke.
The machine is currently being assembled at the RTG factory and is scheduled for delivery in February.
