Lovell has hired former Galliford Try Partnerships finance director Steve Breslin.
Breslin joins Lovell as finance director after nearly four years at the rival social housing contractor.
He joins former Laing O’Rourke director Steve Coleby who took over as managing director Lovell last month
Coleby said: “Steve has an impressive record of delivering strong but controlled growth for companies in the construction and house building sectors.
“He will play a key role in helping shape Lovell’s future direction and growth.”
Before Galliford Try, Breslin worked for house builder Taylor Wimpey, and land promotion and infrastructure specialist Catesby Estates.
