Subbies owed £4m after Titan Construction Management collapse

Nearly 150 trade creditors have been left with unpaid bills totalling £4.38m following the collapse of Titan Construction Management.

The firm is now in the hands of liquidators following a cash flow crisis.

The Enquirer revealed in August that Titan was facing a winding-up petition by creditors.

Documents lodged at Companies House detail the scale of the company’s debts when liquidators took control last month.

The company is part of the Titan Group whose chairman is ISG founder and former chief executive David King.

This summer Titan SWR (South West Region) went into administration.

Titan SWR was a renamed business bought from defunct housebuilder Brookvale Homes in 2015.
