Mick George Ltd has landed an earthworks deal at the 100 Avebury Boulevard development in Milton Keynes from Galliford Try.
The project is set to become Central Milton Keynes newest Grade-A office and retail development, with the first occupants expected to be in place by the late summer of 2019.
The sustainable and low energy BREEAM accredited building will provide 140,000 sq.ft. of contemporary office space and retail space across 8-floors, as well as a private multi-storey car park.
