Galliford Try has awarded the first raft of specialist packages on its £28m office scheme for developer AW James in Milton Keynes.
Galliford Try officially confirmed its role as main contractor at 100 Avebury Boulevard this week.
The Enquirer can reveal that a number of works packages have now been let including:
- Enabling Works, Muck Shift & Piling Mat – Mick George
- Piling – Rock & Alluvium
- Groundworks – Careys
- Steel – FH Dales
- M&E – Manstal
Work will involve construction of 140,000 sqft of Category A accommodation over eight floors.
Andrew Wilson, Managing Director of AW James, said: “AW James are very proud of 100 Avebury’s design.
