United Living wants to meet new suppliers and subcontractors

United Living is looking to sign up new suppliers and  subcontractors for a three year programme of refurbishment work in Essex.

The contractor will be hosting a trade networking event with Constructionline to outline opportunities on its recent refurbishment programme win in Thurrock.

Attendees will be given the opportunity to join United Living’s approved supplier list to enable local businesses to work with the firm on a wide range of projects.

They are looking for key trades to attend the event including:

Internal:

  • Kitchen renewal
  • Bathroom and WC renewal
  • Central Heating renewal (electrical storage heaters, gas central heating or boiler only installation)
  • External door replacement
  • Electrical works (C1, C2 and C3 faults or full rewire)
  • Damp remedial works
  • Any associated asbestos removal

External:

  • Cyclical decorations and repairs
  • External wall insulation
  • Roofline renewal works including fascias, soffits and downpipes
  • Window replacements (UPVC, timber or aluminium)
  • Structural repairs and modifications
  • Damp remedial works

Daren Moseley, Managing Director for United Living South (Refurbishment) said: “We are delighted to expand our operations into Thurrock and we are committed to providing opportunities for local businesses to work with us to provide a first-class service.

“This event is an opportunity to meet with local contractors that would like to work with our group in a full range of trades. We can’t wait to meet them on the day.”

The drop-in session will be on 24th April 2018 between 09:30am and 3.30pm at Aveley Football Club, Parkside, Park Lane, Aveley, South Ockenden, RM15 4PX.
