Former Balfour Beatty Ground Engineering project director Jane Towse-Laval has joined rival Volker Ground Engineering.
She spent over 30 years at Balfour Beatty, starting out as engineer at Stent Foundation rising through the rank to become project director.
As project director at Volker’s foundations business, Towse-Laval will be covering operational delivery and managing departmental and staff resourcing on site.
She said: “I am very excited to be a part of the VolkerGround Engineering team and wider VolkerWessels UK group.
“I’ve been blown away by the welcome I have already received and the complexity and range of projects we undertake.
It’s fantastic to join a business with such a depth of experience as they have here at VolkerGround Engineering.”
Robert Coupe, managing director of VolkerStevin, said: “Jane’s experience and industry knowledge will no doubt make her a great asset to our team.
