Laing O’Rourke has been confirmed as main contractor on the £283m Soho Place scheme above Tottenham Court Road Crossrail station.
Developer Derwent has now signed off the main contractor deal as preliminary works continue at the site.
The mixed use scheme will contain 209,000 sq ft of offices, 36,000 sq ft of retail and a 40,000 sq ft theatre.
Laing O’Rourke was also main contractor on the construction of the Tottenham Court Road Crossrail Station.
