The developer behind Edinburgh Marina has confirmed McLaughlin & Harvey as main contractor for the first phase of this major new development in the heart of Edinburgh’s waterfront.
Phase one of the development comprises the 373 berth Edinburgh Marina and a near 200-bedroom Hyatt Regency Spa & Conference Hotel, the luxury Royal Wharf Living retirement home and 338 flats across three blocks.
Matthew Garstang, Finance Director at Edinburgh Marina Holdings, said: “ McLaughlin & Harvey’s track record and experience will help us deliver this world-class development, which will create much needed new homes, as well as unique leisure and commercial facilities for the Scottish capital.”
