Firm wanted for £160m Northampton housing upkeep

Northampton Partnership Homes is looking for a builder to deliver a forecast £160m programme of housing maintenance over the next 10 years.

The projects are expected to vary greatly in size with around £16m of work placed with the successful builder each year.

Initially, the housing association, which is an Almo for the local borough council, aims to sign up to an eight year delivery deal, which could be extended for 2 years.

The contract will be awarded to a single contractor under the NEC ECC form of contract with works varying from  housing refurbishment and improvement works, M&E, roofing, joinery and decorating.

Contact Jenny Swainson at NHP for further details. Prequalification documents are available from the LGSS portal.
