Cambridgeshire and Northamptonshire County Councils have fired the starting gun on a prequalification race for a major design and build framework worth anywhere from £130m to over £700m.
The four-year LGSS share services framework will consist of five work value lots covering design and build projects for the education sector and other public buildings.
