O’Brien Contractors has secured a second contract with Readie Construction at Bericote Properties’ Four Ashes Park scheme in Wolverhampton.
The new £126.3m 50,000 square metre manufacturing facility is being developed for auto parts giant Gestamp.
Readie Construction has appointed O’Brien for the installation of three 6m deep factory pits, capping beam, office floor slab, associated internal and external drainage, service trenches and external works.

O’Brien is currently recruiting for a variety of roles including QSs, Project Managers and Site Engineers.
