Building services specialist J S Wright has its largest ever contract to fit out an innovative residential scheme by PegasusLife in north London for active older people.
The company will equip Hampstead Green Place with a £5m combined mechanical and electrical services package.
Rise Management Consultancy has commissioned J S Wright to fit out all 59 one and two bedroom apartments and social facilities at the scheme.
The firm will install a central plant room and swimming pool plant, a mechanical ventilation with heat recovery system and water sprinklers, along with lighting and power systems, warden call and voice & data systems.
JS Wright will start work on site in April on the scheme, which also includes a lounge, gym, stretch studio and a café open to the public, with completion scheduled for spring 2018.
