Vinci Construction UK has been awarded a £15.5m contract to design and construct offices building for St John’s College at the University of Cambridge.
Turnstone Estates is development managers for the 60,000 sq ft Maurice Wilkes office building, which will rise to five storeys.
Work will start in the spring at the St John’s Innovation Park in Cambridge, with the job also including. associated parking, landscaping, services, drainage and statutory service supplies.
The top two floors of the building, plus the roof terrace, has been let to Darktrace, the rapidly growing cyber security specialist.
