The director of South Wales civils specialist G-Force Groundworks has saved around 100 jobs after securing a pre-pack deal with administrators.
Jason Dixon is now trading as G-Force Rail and Civil Engineering after buying the assets of his old business from administrator South West & Wales Business Recovery.
His former £6m revenue business operated in the railway and civils sector in Wales through to Gloucester and Leicestershire.
The firm counted Alum Griffiths, Keltbray, Babcok and civil engineering contractor Harpers among its main clients.
