Specialist Western Thermal is in talks to bag a second stage of work at Battersea Power Station after completing the first stage of thermal insulation work at the site.
The company has already installed 100km of armaflex thermal insulation material within 862 apartments on the job.
Michael Slater, Executive Operations Director at Western Thermal, said: “Battersea Power Station is just one of many landmark projects for us here at Western Thermal.
“We are proud of the work we have completed on site and are looking forward to continuing to work on the project again.
“It was important that we finished this project on time as private and social housing residents are now moving in, along with new commuter routes being provided. Delivering projects on time is a core function of how Western Thermal operates.”
Carillion is the main contractor, with Skanska Rashleigh Weatherfoil Ltd being Western Thermal’s client.
