M Lambe wins infrastructure work from Kier

M. Lambe Construction has been appointed to Kier Living’s King’s Norton regeneration scheme.

M.Lambe’s £7.6m contract is for the infrastructure works, including roads, sewers and services – gas, water, electric and communications, and the formation of foundation bases for 215 new houses.

Kier Living is carrying out a £40m regeneration of the Primrose Estate in Birmingham for Birmingham City Council’s Birmingham Municipal Housing Trust.
