Colmore Tang wins £18m Slough resi scheme

Colmore Tang has won the contract to convert the former Intel Security office building in Slough into a luxury apartment complex for developer SevenCapital.

Work will see the building converted into 58 one and two-bedroom boutique apartments.

Construction is set to start on the New Eton House scheme in December with completion expected by early 2020.

Andy Foote, director at SevenCapital, said: “227 Bath Road, now New Eton House, is an impressive building in a fantastic location at the heart of Slough’s thriving commercial district.

“Its internal infrastructure and external aesthetic, in particular its floor to ceiling windows, will form great foundations for a first-class apartment development, that we believe Slough is calling out for.

“We’re really excited to get to work on this project, to transform it into New Eton House, and expect it to prove very popular amongst buyers.”
