Manchester and Sheffield housing association Great Places Housing Group is renewing its housing maintenance framework.
The framework will operate from 2019-2023 and is expected to cover investment of up to £300m.
It is now on the hunt for firms to deliver key work packages covering kitchen and bathrooms upgrades, window and doors replacements, and pitched roofing installations.
These will be divided up into regional lots covering both north and south Manchester, Lancashire and Sheffield.
