Vital Energi lands £3.8m package from Berkeley

Berkeley Group has awarded Vital Energi a £3.8m M&E infrastructure package on its Royal Warwick Square project in west London.

Vital will start on site next month to install additional equipment into the existing energy centre from the first phase to cater for the extra demand from the six new blocks.

Vital have worked closely with Berkeley subsidiary and developer St Edward to create a construction schedule to minimise disruption to other contractors onsite.

Rob Callaghan, Regional Director for the South for Vital Energi, said: “We are delighted to be working with St Edward to deliver an extension of their existing energy solution.

“We have carefully considered all site activity and the wider community to present a construction plan with little disruption, and look forward to implementing the scheme.”

Vital have worked with the Berkeley Group since 2006 on projects such as Royal Arsenal Riverside, Prince of Wales Drive and Kidbrooke Village.
