Mace has taken pole position in the September contracts league after securing the £450m One Crown Place project in London for Malaysian investor Alloy.
According to information specialist Glenigan, the contract catapulted Mace to pole position ahead of Wates, which secured second place with a £70m residential project win at Hoxton Towers for Anthology.
BAM jumped to the top of the annualised rolling league after Bouygues slipped from top position after its £1bn Battersea Power Station dropped out the of 12 months table.
The shake-up in the annualised table saw Morgan Sindall rise to second place for the first time ahead of third ranked Kier.
