Speller Metcalfe wins £35m Atkins HQ revamp

Speller Metcalfe has bagged the job to modernise the Epsom headquarters of consultant Atkins in Surrey.

The £35m project at its Woodcote Grove campus has been designed by Atkins’ architects and project managed by Faithful+Gould.

Existing facilities on the site will remain in operation throughout construction until completion in 2018.

The 100,000 sq ft development is being delivered to Cat A standards and will incorporate three floors of office space.

“We are very excited to announce the next phase of works with our client Henry Boot Developments,” said Des O’Neill, managing director at Speller Metcalfe.

“This project will be a historic refurbishment for the Atkins team, and remains true to our continued drive towards innovation and best practice.”
