Balfour piling expert joins Aarsleff

Foundations specialist Aarsleff Ground Engineering has appointed Chris Pantling as Operations Manager for its Sheet Piling Division.

Pantling joins from Balfour Beatty Ground Engineering where he spent more than ten years.

During that time as Contracts Manager for Precast Piling he worked on a succession of major jobs including Heathrow Airport where he oversaw construction of the longest diaphragm wall in the country.

At Aarsleff Pantling will ensure the successful delivery of sheet piling projects around the UK and be a key point of contact for clients during the operational phase of piling works.

Chris Primett, Managing Director, Aarsleff Ground Engineering said: “Chris brings an enormous amount of knowledge with him to Aarsleff, experience that will be put to good use as the Sheet Piling Division grows further and Aarsleff establishes itself as a major player within the sheet piling sector.”
