Newlon names £200m housing framework winners

London-based Newlon Housing Trust has selected 15 firms to deliver a £200m new building programme to 2022.

The north and east London housing association has set a housing growth target of 2,000 homes to be built by the year 2022.

Many of these will be delivered in partnership with leading private house builders like Barratt and Berkeley Group which are already delivering major housing schemes.

The framework will be used for specific Newlon housing projects split into those valued at more than £25m, mid-sized schemes and those valued at £2.5 to £10m.
