John Sisk has bagged the early works contract for a landmark build to rent project on Quintain’s Wembley Park scheme in North London.
The contract to build out plot EO3 on its Canada Court scheme to the east of the stadium is worth £190m.
The scheme will consist of 745 apartments, an 81 space coach park, retail units and community outdoor amenity space.
Sisk has also revealed it is in talks about a further of 500 homes adjacent to EO3, which is likely to come on-stream during the next six months.
The builder has been working in partnership with Quintain for more than 12 years from redevelopment of the Wembley Arena through many other development phases including London Designer Outlet and most recently the 473-unit Emerald Gardens residential scheme.
