Prater has been appointed by Lendlease to deliver an extensive external envelope package for The Timberyard Deptford regeneration project in London.
Work will include façade glazing and cladding along with steel framing systems and a PermaQuick hot melt waterproofing system to the roofs and podium.
Made up of six new neighbourhoods, The Timberyard Deptford has been cleverly designed to feature open-planned architecture.
Cedarwood Square is Plot 2 of the project, and comprises five separate blocks.
Prater is set to start onsite in May.
