Safety specialist JSP has launched the PowerCap Infinity four-in-one powered air purifying respiratory unit.
The PowerCap Infinity offers fully integrated protection to the head, eye/face, hearing and respiratory protection in one lightweight head mounted unit.
It has been designed by JSP’s research and development team following feedback about the compatibility issue of having to wear respiratory, head, eye and hearing protection but also the weight, heat and restriction of movement when wearing a waist mounted air filter unit.
Through extensive user trials JSP engineered out restrictive waist mounted units and hoses which resulted in an easy to operate lightweight head mounted unit.
All key elements of the PowerCap Infinity are user-replaceable, allowing easy maintenance and cleaning.
JSP said: “The Powercap Infinity brings a simple solution to the complex problem of providing combination above the neck PPE.
“Its intuitive features simplify user acceptability improving compliance whilst keeping people safe at work.”
