Galldris has been awarded a £19m infrastructure contract for client Greystar to prepare its 20 acre site in Greenford, west London for a major mixed use development.
A new bridge and walkway along the Grand Union Canal will be part of the infrastructure package which Galldris is due to complete by 2019.
The infrastructure package will pave the way for a a mixed-use rental housing development planned for the former GSK and J Lyons Bakery sites.
More than 100,000 cubic metres of excavated material will be generated, remediated and used as fill to create a multi-level graded scheme.
