Aim-listed piling specialist Van Elle has appointed M&E contractor N G Bailey chief David Hurcomb as an independent non-executive director to the board.
Hurcomb, aged 53, will chair Van Elle’s remuneration committee. He has previously held executive positions with companies including Carillion, Balfour Beatty and Mansell.
Adrian Barden, Chairman of Van Elle, said: “We are delighted to welcome David to the Board. His wealth of experience will further enhance our strategic focus on delivering profitable growth over the medium term.”
