Interserve is pulling out of the London new-build market as part of a strategic Fit for Growth streamlining plan.
Under the re-positioning plan the present Interserve London Construction team will now form part of the Paragon refurbishment division.
Jeremy James, managing director of strategic projects and London Construction, is the biggest casualty of the shake-up and will leave at the end of June.
Strategic projects will now report directly Gordon Kew, managing director of Interserve Construction, while future London jobs come under control of Matt Bray, managing director of Paragon.
The current live Interserve Construction projects will time out under the Interserve brand but all future London projects will be executed under the Paragon brand.
