Northvale Construction has been awarded the main contract on a £12.5m residential scheme in London.
Northvale starts work on the Church Walk House project in north west London this week and will be on site for 75 weeks.
The JCT design and build contract has been awarded by developer Edequin Limited and will see 31 apartments and 4 houses constructed.
The project has been designed by Assael Architecture.
