Procurement body Fusion21 has named 37 firms for frameworks to support housing associations and local authorities with a wide range of reactive maintenance works.
Twenty-four firms have been named preferred partners for the Reactive Repairs & Maintenance Framework, with 20 selected for the Empty Buildings Refurbishment Framework panel.

This included out-of-hours reactive emergency repairs, major void improvements, call handling services on a 24/7or out-of-hours basis.
He added: “Fusion21 members will benefit from greater cost efficiencies in addition to being able to call off separate lots for contract spend below and over £1m per year.”
To date Fusion21 estimates it has saved its members more than £177m through the procurement process, created more than 5000 jobs and generated £76m of social value.
