95 consultants placed on new housing framework

Reallies, the national procurement partnership between Procure Plus, Efficiency North and the Central Housing Investment Consortium, has awarded places to 95 companies on its new national social housing consultancy framework.

This new national framework was set up to provide a cost-effective and legally compliant way for social housing providers to access a wide range of consultancy expertise quickly and easily.

The framework has an estimated total value of £23m over its four-year lifetime and is broken down into 15 lots covering a wide range of construction-related consultancy services.

Mike Brogan, chief executive of the Reallies Partnership, said: “Over the years we have found that our consultancy framework has become increasingly popular, and as we continue to listen to our valued customers we have tailored this latest offering to suit the needs of those looking for professional services from market leading and local firms, at rates that produce significant savings from list prices.”
