Wates Construction has been appointed by London residential developer Anthology to build a 32-storey tower in Tottenham Hale.
The contract valued at £82m will see Wates deliver the Haringey project, which forms part of the Hale Village regeneration.
The 107m tall scheme, which will be the fourth Anthology development in construction, will be a mix of private and affordable homes with the ground floor of the tower offering 12,500 sq ft of mixed commercial space.
Anthology’s Hale Works project forms the final piece of the Hale Village masterplan, an eleven phase mixed-use re-development delivering over 1,200 homes (over 50% affordable) provide the local community with new retail and leisure facilities, as well as delivering an enhanced public realm.
Building work has just commenced with completion of the tower expected by spring of 2021.
