Bellway Homes has chosen M Lambe Construction us its groundworks and civil engineering partner to deliver 85 new homes on a 5.61ha site in in Ambrosden, Oxfordshire.
The new houses, which form part of Cherwell District Council’s 5-year housing land supply, will provide public open space, associated parking, landscaping, new vehicle access and servicing.
Michael Lambe, Director, M. Lambe Construction, said: “We are delighted to have been chosen by Bellway Homes for another housing development in the Oxfordshire region.
