£300m Welsh new-build housing deal winners

Wales’s oldest housing association has named its preferred builders to deliver a £300m new-build programme over the next four years.

Wales and West Housing is planning to increase its 12,000 stock with three regional new-build programmes covering North Wales, South Wales and West Wales.

The eight preferred builders selected can also be used by the housing association’s construction management services partner Enfys Developments and its homes for sale venture Castell Homes.

• P&P Building & Roofing Contractors – small schemes

West Wales

• W B Griffiths & Son – small to medium schemes
• T Richard Jones (Betws) – small schemes

North Wales

• Seddon Construction – large schemes
• Anwyl Construction Co  – small to medium schemes
• Brenig Construction – small schemes
