Liverpool-based Procure North West has revealed the winning firms for new small works and building services frameworks.
Taken together the framework partners can expect a pipeline of around £400m of work over the next four years.
Ten regional specialists have been named for the PNW Lite framework, which will be used for public building projects up to £1m.

The procurement specialists has also named a panel building services firms for projects up to £10m.
This framework was set up to allows clients to procure and contract direct with regional mechanical and electrical installers eliminating any profit and profit scenarios when only procuring building services works.

Robbie Blackhurst, managing director of Procure North West, said: “We are absolutely delighted that these two frameworks are now live after receiving over 100 individual lot bids across both procurement routes.

Earlier this year PNW selected a line-up of 20 contractors for a major building framework across the region.
Five contractors secured places on the major works panel. These were BAM Construction, Laing O’Rourke, McLaren Construction, Morgan Sindall and Willmott Dixon.
