SES lands £9.5m M&E package from Galliford Try

SES Engineering Services has landed a £9.5m mechanical, electrical and plumbing package from Galliford Try on a major mixed-use development in London’s Marylebone.

The seven-storey 84,000 sq ft building on Seymour Street will contain more than 34,000 sq ft of office space and will also include 24 apartments, a school and a restaurant.

SES’s innovative offsite manufacturing solutions delivered through BIM and its use of its Prism prefabrication facility will be pivotal on the project.

David Jenkins, SES Regional Director, London and South East said: “This latest contract win is testament to our technical capability, expertise and track record delivering high-profile London developments which are transforming key areas of the city.

“With a breadth of major project experience in central London, our expert teams are ideally placed to work on this exciting development.

“The use of our offsite Prism facility to deliver prefabricated service modules and risers will be critical given its busy, central location.

“We understand the client’s expectations and are working closely with Galliford Try to ensure that we deliver a high quality project, on time and on budget.”

SES will begin work on the Seymour Street development in spring 2017.
