Another major high-rise project has received planning on the the expanding City Road high-rise corridor in central London.
The 22-storey tower designed by architect AHMM is the latest build to rent flats scheme to get the go-ahead in central London.
The 225 City Road scheme, which will contain over 100 flats, joins around six towers either under construction or built along the corridor to Old Street round about.
Berkeley Group is also well advanced on its twin towers scheme of nearly 1,000 flats, which includes a 42 storey block, while Mace is building a 40-storey residential block for developer Rocket that will contain around 300 flats.
