Kier has used its biomedical project experience to land the design and build contract for a £46m office and laboratory at Cambridge Biomedical Campus.
The 100,000 sq ft scheme for client Cambridge Medipark will consist of a three-storey laboratory building and a four-storey office building, connected by an atrium link.
Works are due to begin on site in March 2017 with a scheduled completion date of late 2018.
