M Lambe lands infrastructure deal from Bloor Homes

M Lambe Construction has been appointed to deliver infrastructure works for I.M Properties’ residential development at Blythe Valley Park in the West Midlands.

The Blythe Valley Park masterplan will bring residential into the mix of commercial and leisure space to form a sustainable community in Solihull.

Appointed by one of the UK’s leading house builders, Bloor Homes, M. Lambe Construction will construct a new estate spine road and undertake highway improvements, which will provide the infrastructure necessary to support the building of 750 contemporary new homes.
